"I wanted to make sure to let you know that maintenance staff here is wonderful! Jason (?) and Steve are very attentive and quick about responding to our requests. We have dealt with both gentlemen often and they are always polite and ask if they can do anything else before they leave. We've lived other places and want you to know that we believe maintenance staffs are the most important representatives you have for your company, and these guys excel. Whomever does your hiring is doing a great job! Hopefully all of your properties have guys like these. If not, send them to train your other staffs; we are very appreciative! Thanks! "The maintenance guys were wonderful. I have lived here for close to 10 years, have always liked the maintenance guys for the most part but nothing like yesterday. Both Evan and Johnny were very kind, informative and told me what their plan was to fix everything. Evan even did the extra mile by making sure my washing machine was draining properly by watching the washer for several cycles and even cleaned the water up. Again, they were amazing and very kind! :)Thank you so much." Jae

"My wife and I want to ask you to thank Chris, Johnny and Evan for the long hours they put in last week due to the winter storm. I continued to work every day but my wife was called off due to the dangerous temperatures. She was home to witness what I know to be just a small part of the crews undertakings. My office is a part of a large office park nearby. The sidewalks and parking lots were not cleared (along with many other establishments) until Wednesday evening. Signature Place group had our apartments in top shape considering all the odds, right away! My wife noticed the guys in scientifically proven frost bite producing conditions without full protective gear on after office hours. She offered offered for them to come inside our apartment for a cup of coffee to warm up and he polity declined saying this was their job. I later offered to give the crew a small cash bonus to thank them for the long hours, response again was it's there job as they politely declined. My wife and I are overcome with gratitude and fortune to live at such a well managed community. Thank you Ms. Davis for operating the apartments in such a way that our hearts are warm during such a cold time."
